You will ONLY be responsible for paying your insurance policy deductible. According to Texas House Bill 2102, which went into effect September 1, 2019, a contractor is no longer allowed to waive, absorb, rebate, credit, or assist the homeowner in avoiding the payment of the deductible.
2. How long will it take for my home to be fully restored?
The restoration process generally takes a few weeks.
